Re: FLR Vintage Le Mans Circa 1967
anyone using the daytona tune that i gifted out i would advise you increase the rear dampers up else you will roll the car alot on the bumps

Re: FLR Vintage Le Mans Circa 1967
i can make a run in this series. the more MSM the better. Let me know what car i should run. I have no tunes for an, so any gifting of tune would be appreciated.
for the record, i wont be running against MSM, only running against FLR.
I know i signed up at FLR, but i never made an appearance on their site due to lack of anything going on over there. I know i received a message regarding being inactive over there. IDK. I'll race though

Would it be allowed to only do race 1? If so, I might find time to join that one.

If u have an flr number use that. If not use your msm number. Attend as many as you can or as few as you can

Re: FLR Vintage Le Mans Circa 1967
I just wanted to add a note here real quick about racing with other FLR drivers:
One thing the HATE HATE HATE is mentioning if/when MSM has a 1-2-3 finish. Being involved in races with other teams is a different animal, and sometimes personal pride gets amped up. Although technically this isn't a team vs team event, it will be perceived that way by some people, so I just want to ask that we tone down the "look how awesome we are" rhetoric while in a party with other teams.
Conversely, if our drivers get trounced and they start banging the drum, we'll just have to let it roll off our shoulders.
PS: Have a mixed in enough metaphors into this comment yet?

Re: FLR Vintage Le Mans Circa 1967
if you use the tune i gifted out for the daytona make sure the rear tires are correct else you will be a pi short
rear tire width should be
Race Tires and 1 up rear tire to 275/15

Re: FLR Vintage Le Mans Circa 1967
I made a livery for the GTO. Also set a 1:36.457 on Sunset. If anyone is interested I can swap name and numbers and get you one too. Or even on the other cars. It would be cool if we all had the same colors

Re: FLR Vintage Le Mans Circa 1967
I know the replay won't show what happened, because they cut off at the end, but on lap 27 on the front straight there was a white car in the middle of the road facing the opposite direction and I hit them dead on at full speed. My car was totally demolished and I couldn't even finish the lap to come around to the pits. I suspect it was a lag issue, but that was one of the weirdest things I've ever seen.
