My times:
Honda s2000: 1.37.XXX (May not be suitable for the track)
Camaro Z28 (in club garage): 1.32.82 (top 200 as of time of posting)

On the 2nd lap in the Camaro i did a 1.34.
Did about 10 laps each.

I think that the Camaro Z28 I used is capable of under 1.31 times by one of the faster drivers in our club.
Half of the top 100 used TCS which I didn't use, may make it easier.
I could probably manage a 1.31.9X if I did more laps.
