So, here's what I know about the first patch the hopefully hits early next week:

Fixed Issues:
- Issue where cars would garage into closed garages in Zolder
- Console TT is now set to 11am to match PC
– Re-enabled saving of Community ghosts
- Added ABS brake rumble to XB1 triggers
- Changed XB1 pad rumble to only update during the per frame tick and not at 600hz
- Use absolute acceleration values for blending and updating steering movement to prevent negative direction
- XB1 trigger rumble scaled along with FFB rumble. XB1 analogue stick range corrected to use full extent
- The driver can no longer be switched in MP races and time trials


I highlighted that one in red because hopefully that will help address some issues with twitchy controlling and some of the problems with the wheel locking when you try to counter-steer.

definately adjust your controls, I can drive with all assists off now and not stuff the car every lap. Still pulls to the left here and there and the pulse triggers are still broken but, all in all its way better.

Apparently, there was a hiccup in the 1.4 patch that MS discovered.  It damages (?) a particular semi-supported wheel, and Pcars is trying to get a waiver to release anyway because it's a bug from launch.

Well apart from a few menu tweeks it seems to be a backward step. The AI now try to take you out every time you get near them, the car sounds like it gonna transform every 5 mins due to scrambled audio and I had lag on single player mode with AI car 20ft in the air or jumping about all over the place. 
FM6 might not have the weather and night options everybody wants but already I'm looking forward to it.

I love the way the mods just brush it aside saying all xboxs are the same so it'll be ok. No it won't people good money for it to work.

2.0 patch set to be released in the future for all platforms:

I've highlighted some items below:

XB1 – up to 17% frame rate improvement in extreme conditions

Xbox One - fix attempt for a hard-to-reproduce issue where the game would at times freeze or crash when 8 or more players joined a session all at once.

Xbox One – fixed an issue that at times would prevent a player from establishing full connectivity when leaving a lobby and trying to reconnect to it.
Adjustments made to the gears system, to prevent gears being skipped under certain conditions. This addresses an issue where gears would at times jump straight down to 1st, potentially causing engine blowouts.

Implemented accelerator vibration on the gamepad right trigger to indicate when and how much the tyres slip under acceleration.

Adjusted wear of Slicks and Rain tires to more realistic levels where needed. Typically GT/LMP/Formula cars will get slightly more than a full fuel load on soft or default slicks (depending on fuel load amounts).

Adjusted the heating of slicks and rain tyres to more realistic levels.

Audio – rebalanced the volume of skid sounds to make them a bit more audible.

The 2.0 patch is out for XBone now. If you don't normally do a hard reset, I would recommend doing that after you download the patch.
