Awareofnow currently has a build in the garage - is it possible for this to be gifted out to tuners & trash just so we can squeez all the extras out of it?

Paint ideas would be good as well - get brainstorming people!

Maybe a paint from one of the super trofeo lamborghinis? or we can always look at the sponsor list people have chosen and rip something from there

Shoot, I just got offline. Perhaps Ret could gift out the tune—I sent it to him earlier tonight.

I sent it out to a few of the tuners. Snippy didnt appear on my list so not sure there. Redid the brake pressure and beat my best time at rd at full. The club time i still cant beat my tune there but im sure the car can do a sub 1 min lap if i keep trying Smile

Love the miura, its fun and fast, perfect combo Smile

i'll send you an FR today ret. i've also checked on google for liveries and can't find a single one. I don't know much about car or racing history but i'm assuming they were not raced

With the low-ish speed rating, I'd say this car is best on shorter/medium tracks, so I'm not surprised that it fell a bit flat on the longer ones. I've been able to run in the 1:07's with it on Camino Viejo Reverse, which should put it in the top 200 at least.

The second gear is deceptively strong; I've been able to take 55–60mph turns in it and just lay down the power on exit without having to deal with shifting.

Anyone got dibs on painting or are we just having a bash and picking what we like best?

I'm going to have a go at a few idea's at the weekend, with it being an older car I'll be keeping it very simplistic, smooth curves and lines are usually the style I think looks best but I'll see what I conjure up.

the miura was raced but in all my searches have found little in the way of liveries to replicate. as duck mentioned, it seems to work best with just simple stripes.

in all honesty my fav livery ive seen on the miura was the retro msm livery dom did.

anyhow, cant wait to see the results Smile

btw ive alwasy found the miuras strength is in its accel and long powerband.

Just made an update to the tune and synced with the club garage. Corner exit behavior should be more stable now.

Tbh Aware the problems i experienced with it were its ability to turn in on high speed corners and it would poo all over the track when you even took it near a curb, maybe thats my driving style though. The things that did surprise me though was the slight oversteer which imo helps and was also very managable and how good it felt on the brakes

I did the balancing on Camino Viejo Reverse, but it seems to be pretty versatile. I just put down a pretty good time on Infineon with it—fast enough to beat my M3's time on the IRL circuit.

Very good tune, but it feels like the tires aren't getting hot enough. I'll try putting smaller tire widths later on.

edit: if you change with widths you'll probably have to adjust camber again..

infineon nascar........1:20.011 (606) club 2nd

i found that its best to avoid heavy braking and downshifting as the car will oversteer like crazy, also avoid 1st gear as theres alot of torque in 2nd and it will make for a better exit Smile

Not too shabby, Ret : )

I really like the shade of green that you've painted it. I like the stripe, too, but I think it would look better on the back for it to terminate at the top of the rear grille rather than going down to the bottom of the car.

I tried doing a build with narrower rear tires per Veinzer's suggestion, but unfortunately the back just couldn't hold the road. (The only real differences in stats was a gain of 0.1 speed.)

i dont like that the stripe covers teh lambo logo on the back but it was just quickly put together in a few mins, the green is the manufacturers original green color then i painted the sills black instead of gold
